PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning type fluorometric apparatus capable of two- dimensionally scanning a specimen of a two-dimensionally wide range at a high speed and capable of being constituted inexpensively. SOLUTION: The scanning type fluorometric apparatus is equipped with the specimen (11) labelled with a fluorescent substance with exciting light (L3), a first scanning means (14) for performing the reciprocating scanning of the specimen by subjecting exciting light to reciprocating movement along one direction (x), a second scanning means (17y) for moving the first scanning means (14) along the direction (y) crossing one direction (x) and a light detection means (15) for detecting the fluorescence (L4) generated from the specimen. |
