摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stability and plane precision when clamping a disk. SOLUTION: In a disk clamping device 23, clamping members 38a to 38e and aligning parts 40a to 40e are arranged on the outer periphery of a clamper top 34 at an intervals of 72 degrees, respectively, and are alternately arranged. The aligning parts 40a to 40e are arranged so that any of the parts is located in a 80-degree direction where respective clamping members 38a to 38e are arranged. Because clamping force is thereby reactively given to the aligning parts 40a to 40e arranged at a 180-degree position with respect to the position when the clamping force of respective clamping members 38a to 38e acts on the center hole peripheral part of the disk 22, the aligning operation and the clamping operation of the disk 22 can stably and smoothly be performed. Furthermore, the plane precision for the center hole peripheral part of the disk 22 is secured by narrowing the space of the clamping force acting on the center hole peripheral part of the disk 22.
