USING METHOD OF SCRAP REFRACTORY AND CASTABLE REFRACTORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a castable refractory having properties of heat resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance better than the former castable refractory with low cost by accelerating effective use of scrap refractory and adding them much. SOLUTION: A milled scrap refractory of Al2O3-C base refractory is mixed as an aggregate, and phenolic resin of fine grain is mixed as a binding material.
