PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelvis surface stimulation electrode instrument that can prevent degradation and aging of the urinary organs and related organs and activate by appropriately stimulating the skin just above the dorsal sacral foramen of the posterior aspect of the sacrum and/or motor points on the pudendal nerve skin inside the tuber ischiadicum of the buttocks by a simulation wave and an undergarment for wearing the electrode instrument. SOLUTION: A pelvis surface stimulation electrode instrument has a sacrum surface stimulation electrode 1 comprised of an electrode portion made up of a metal sheet 2 that is very thin and has softness similar to an undergarment material and an adhesive pad 3 to be adhered to the sheet and arranged in the right and left, an insulating material 4 insulating the electrode portions arranged in the right and left for integration, an electrode 22 stimulating motor points on the pudendal nerve skin inside the tuber ischiadicum of the buttocks having an electrode portion made up of a conductive sheet 24 that is very thin and softness comparable with an undergarment material and an adhesive pad 23 to be adhered thereto, and a simulation wave source connected to the sacrum surface stimulation electrode 1 and the motor point stimulation electrode 22 through a cord and stimulates the skin just above the dorsal sacral foramen of the posterior aspect of the sacrum and/or motor points on the pudendal nerve skin inside the tuber ischiadicum of the buttocks.
