PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel where a light shielding bellows member is easily assembled and the increase of resistance in the advance/retreat movement of a frame member by air pressure is restrained to be small. SOLUTION: This lens barrel is provided with a 1st group frame 5 and a 2nd group frame part 7 moving relatively, and the flexible light shielding bellows member 54 is attached between the frame 5 and the frame part 7 in a state where it is held between them. The frame part 7 side of the member 54 is engaged and supported by a bellows hook 22e, and the frame 5 side of the member 54 is made to abut on, brought into contact with and attached to an inner wall surface 5h where an air path 5i exists. When the frame 5 moves relatively, air moves from the air path 5i to the inside and the outside of the member 54, so that the increase of load caused by the air pressure in the case of the advance/retreat movement is restrained.
