PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily share digital contents data by a plurality of terminals while preventing digital contents from being illegally copied. SOLUTION: Ciphered digital contents, a key to be used for the decoding of the ciphered digital contents and a copying condition file are transmitted from a 1st terminal to a 2nd terminal. The 2nd terminal decodes the digital contents by referring to the received copying condition file, and after the end of decoding processing, deletes the key used for the decoding.
