PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an air-tightness of a vessel upon fitting a cap and maintain a smoothness upon fitting the cap and the air-tightness at the same time. SOLUTION: The cap 11 is provided with an intermediate means 7 having an annular protrusion 8 and an inner cap 12 engaging with the annular protrusion. The inner cap includes an upper annular thick part 17 and a lower annular thick part 16 having thickness larger than that of the other parts. An elastic part 15 having elasticity is provided between the upper and lower thick parts. This elastic part is deformed to come into air-tightly contact with the annular protrusion when the intermediate means is fitted to the cap. The lower thick part is intermittently provided to serve as a first stopper for preventing the cap from dropping from the intermediate means. The lower thick part 16 includes annular parts 161 provided in a ring shape on the outer periphery of the inner cap and dotted parts 162 provided in a dotted manner between the annular parts 161. The upper thick part 17 serves as a second stopper for preventing the intermediate means 7 from being excessively inserted into the cap 11.
