A method for removing wrinkles in a polyethylene lining of a curved duct for trenchless rehabilitation in a deteriorated water pipe is provided to remove wrinkles by sealing and heating wrinkles of a curved duct to a transparent state, inserting an expansion device to the curved duct and pressurizing the wrinkles to be flat, and then cooling down naturally. A method for removing wrinkles in a polyethylene lining of a curved duct for trenchless rehabilitation in a deteriorated water pipe comprises the steps of: sealing and heating wrinkles(220) of a curved duct(210) formed while covering and rehabilitating a polyethylene liner on a deteriorated water pipe by removing inner scale of a deteriorated water pipe and inserting a polyethylene liner, sealing two ends of the inserted polyethylene liner hermetically and injecting high temperature steam, and then expanding and adhering, into a transparent state(110); inputting an expansion device into the curved duct with the wrinkles heated into a transparent state, and injecting air and pressurizing the wrinkles to be flat; and cooling down the curved duct adhered with the wrinkles naturally. |
