The invention is characterised in that the dispenser comprises a support (9) for receiving said at least one article, and at least a locking member (10) mobile relative to the support, in response to an opening control, between a locking position preventing the article(s) from being removed and an unlocked position allowing the article(s) to be removed, the support and the locking member being configured so that the article (4) tilts when the locking member shifts from the locking position (10) to the unlocked position. |
