<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute an appropriate electric charge taking the operating state of a power generating device into consideration and to save energy for operation by batch management of a management center. SOLUTION: In the management center, the electric charge is computed on the basis of the amount of power used and fuel consumption spent for power generation, acquired from the mobile power generating device through an electronic communication means, and an electric power user is asked for the electric charge from the management center.</p> |
