PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recording the business of a visitor by allowing a computer to judge whether or not the visitor is the acquaintance of a resident who is absent, and to answer with a message for informing the visitor that the resident is absent at present, and that his business can be recorded. SOLUTION: When a visitor is a person who visits for the first time, a computer adds information for identifying him at next call to a data base, and then when the visitor and a resident who is absent are not able to make a conversation in a real time, the computer retrieves the data base, and records the business by automatically answering at the time of judging that the visitor is the acquaintance of the resident who is absent. |
