PURPOSE:To attain to prevent the generation of a burr by tightly contacting the outer surface of a molding main body with the inner surface of a cavity mold under pressure as a whole, by hollowing out a recessed part from the terminal side of the molding main body so as to form a thin walled part and engaging an elastic member protruded from a core with the recessed part in a closely contacted state under pressure with each other. CONSTITUTION:The terminal side of the bottom surface of a molding main body M is hollowed out in an arbitrary length and thickness to provide a recessed part F. In inserting the terminal of the main body M in a cavity space 5, an elastic member 4 is engaged with the recessed part provided to the bottom surface of said main body M. Thereafter, when a core 1 and a cavity 2 are clamped and the elastic member 4 is compressed through the main body M, the repulsive force of said elastic member radially acts on the inner surface of the recessed part F to extend the thin walled terminal side under pressure and the outer surface of the main body M is contacted with the inner surface of the cavity 2 under pressure. Therefore, no gap is generated, resulting in the generation of no burr when the molten resin is injected into a cavity space 5. |
