YOKE OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke of rotary electric machine and a method of manufacturing the same which can easily realize the molding process and also realize reduction in number of components and weight. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 11 of yoke 10 is formed thick in a magnet loading portion 11a and is also formed thin in the other portion (bottom 12 and opening 13). The magnet loading portion 11a is formed thick to rise toward the internal side of cylindrical portion from the internal circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 11. The yoke 10 is formed thin at the bottom 12 through the overhanging process, also formed thin at the opening 13 through the drawing process, and moreover formed thick at the magnet loading portion 11a through the deep squeezing process.
