PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio communication system in which the signal from any one of remote units being received by a base unit is prevented from having an undue power or governing other unit. SOLUTION: Transmission power of the remote unit is controlled according to a formula; power=A+(B-C), where A is a desired poser being received by the base unit, B is a power transmitted from the base unit, and C is the power of a signal received by the remote unit and measured by the base unit.
