PURPOSE: The knowledge stocks are provided to receive a service for the desired knowledge through a verified service and open bidding mode and to guarantee a service provider a stable profit due to the service according to the value of the service provider. CONSTITUTION: If a service site requests the necessary information and help, the service provider carries out the service for the request. The service provider carries out the service through the open bidding mode until the value of the service provider reaches to some degree. A service receiving the service evaluates the service provider. In case that the value reaches to some degree, the service provider receives a basic service charge and a bonus in proportion to the value of the service provider. The basic service charge rises or falls in proportion to the service provider's value. A member having the basic service charge exercises the right of the stocks shared to the member according to the member's value.
