PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink which has no fear of polluting the environment even when biodegradable plastics subjected to printing are discarded in the environment. SOLUTION: The printing ink for biodegradable plastics has a natural pigment such as a chlorophyllin based pigment as the colorant component and casein as the binder component.
