The present invention relates to a hostess link platform system for linking a karaoke customer to a hostess and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a customer smartphone receiving a hostess reservation information message approving a reservation request; a hostess application platform unit allowing the customer smartphone to download a hostess application; at least one hostess units transmitting a hostess reservation information signal, approving the reservation request, to the customer smartphone; and at least one store unit transmitting a store reservation information signal, approving the reservation request, to the customer smartphone. The present invention provides a hostess link platform system for linking a karaoke customer to a hostess in order to promote a hostess service and a store to customers and improve sales by expecting a customer demand, and an operation method thereof.
