PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wear article wherein a skin contact sheet stably joins to the crotch section of a wearer at the time of usage, and excrement remaining on the skin contact surface can be prevented from adhering to the skin of the wearer by the skin contact sheet. SOLUTION: This article 1A has a fixing region 7a, a central region 7b confronted side sections 7c, and an opening 8. In this case, for the fixing region 7a, the stretchable skin contact sheet 7 is attached to the skin contact surface 2 of the article 1A in the longitudinal direction under a stretched state. Also, the skin contact sheet 7 is located at both end edge sections 1a. The central region 7b can be released upward from a panel 6. The confronted side sections 7c draw an arc inward in the lateral direction. The opening 8 is provided on the central region 7b. The basic weight of the skin contact sheet 7 in the confronted side sections 7c is larger than that of remaining regions excepting the confronted side sections 7c. The stretching force of the confronted side sections 7c is higher than that of the remaining regions.
