摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method and device for a parallel link mechanism capable of preventing the lowering of responsiveness without impairing the stability. SOLUTION: Load applying to each arm is found (S28) and a driving force to each servo unit diving each arm according to load is added to a command value. The lowering of the responsiveness caused by fluctuation of the load applying to each arm in moving a traveling plate can be thus prevented without impairing the stability.
