PURPOSE: A net fixing device is provided to carry out an action of loading or unloading a luggage into or from a trunk smoothly by allowing the height of a net installed in the trunk to be adjusted quickly and simply. CONSTITUTION: A guide groove(11) is formed on each of vehicle body panels(10) on both sides of a trunk. A plurality of fixing grooves(12) are formed in the guide groove(11) at equal intervals. A fixing member(20) is fitted into the guide groove from the back side of the vehicle body panels(10). A supporting projection(21) is integrally formed with and protruded forward of the fixing member(20). Fixing clips(23) are fixed to the supporting projection(21) by means of a fastening member(23). A luggage trim is provided on both sides of the trunk, respectively, in order to cover the vehicle body panels(10). A groove is formed in the luggage trim(10) in order to correspond to the guide groove(11) formed in each of the vehicle body panels. A hook is inserted through the groove. The hook is passed through the groove formed in the luggage trim and threadedly fastened to the supporting projection(20) formed in the fixing member(20).
