PURPOSE: A device for removing sludge of sole flue for a coke oven is provided to reduce man-power and prevent safety accidents generated during the working process by automatically removing the sludge laid up in the sole flue. CONSTITUTION: The device for removing sludge of sole flue for a coke oven comprises a transfer line(30) consisting of a steam hose(33) and a pneumatic hose(34) connected to a steam line(10) and an air line(20) which are equipped at the side part of the coke oven through first and second couplers(31,32); a crusher(40) which is connected to the front part of the pneumatic hose(34) of the transfer line(30) through a branched pipe and hits the sludge in the sole flue using a piston reciprocated through an air pressure transferred from the branched pipe; an inhaler(50) on which the crusher(40) is rested, which is moved by wheels(51) in the state that crusher(40) is fixed onto the inhaler(50), and which is equipped with a suction hole(52) so as to suck in the sludge crushed through the piston at the lower part of the body using a return pressure of the steam line(10); and a collection can(60) storing foreign materials sucked in through the suction hole(52) in the state that the collection can(60) is connected to the inhaler(50) by means of a return hose(61). |
