PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly correspond to the expansion of an operation command of a memory card and change in API (Application Program Interface) and to simplify a state control of the memory card. SOLUTION: An SD (Secure Digital) card adapter 12 is provided with an SD direct command execution part 123. The SD direct command execution part 123 executes a direct command including an operation command directly designating an operation to be executed to a memory card 13 and execution state information showing in which state the memory card executes the operation command, and executes (1) a process of transiting the memory card to a state designated by the execution state information included in the direct command, (2) a process of issuing the operation command included in the direct command to the memory card and allowing the memory card to execute the operation corresponding to the operation command, and (3) a process of returning the memory card to a specified state preset as a stationary state in order. |
