PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a laminated ceramic electronic component to be improved in yield and to be mass-produced, at a low cost by means of preventing trouble accompanying the separation of a carrier film, reducing the occurrence of struc tural defects which affects on electrical properties, and keeping the ceramic electronic components uniform in quality. SOLUTION: A ceramic green sheet, composed of a carrier film and a ceramic paste layer applied on it, dried through heating, by which the ceramic green sheet of a solvent content 0.3 to 0.1 wt.% can be obtained. |
