PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail distribution system that can inform a connection desired destination about mail converted into characters in the case of using an automatic telephone message recording service and identify a caller even when no message is registered. SOLUTION: The electronic mail distribution system that distributes information from a 1st terminal to a 2nd terminal through a communication channel, is provided with a detection means 31 that detects a caller ID of the 1st terminal, a registration means 32 that registers voice information sent from the 1st terminal, a conversion means 33 that converts the voice information into character information, and a distribution means 34 that distributes the caller ID and the character information to the 2nd terminal when the voice information is registered or distributes only the caller ID to the 2nd terminal when no voice information is registered. |
