PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth brush at low cost, which has high cleaning effect against plaque deposited on teeth, in gaps between teeth and on borders of teeth and gums, and coloring materials deposited on teeth, and high massaging effect on gums, and, further, soft feeling touching on gums to give a user com fortable using feeling. SOLUTION: When a bristle material is planted in planting holes on the tip end of the handle of the tooth brush, bristles are planted shifted at least 1-7 mm without bending the center of the bristle material into a V-shape. The tooth brush comprising long and short bristles manufactured like this is worked by a file so that tip ends of the long bristles are tapered and simultaneously tip ends of the short bristles are made round, or the middle layer in contact with the skin for the cloths 1, 2, 3.
