PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for sharing knowledge and a recording medium which make it possible to share information of retrieval results, retrieval conditions, etc., of other persons and efficiently use the information. SOLUTION: A server computer 14 comprises an application part 28 and a database part 30. A registration part 28B retrieves information regarding retrieval conditions specified by a user computer 12 by using a search engine 34 of an external server computer 26 and registers the retrieval conditions and retrieval result as retrieval data in the database part 30 while relating them to the user. A BM document created by the user computer 12 is registered by the registration part 28B in the database part 30 while being related to the retrieval data referred to when the document is created. The retrieval data 30B and BM document 30A can be retrieved by a retrieval part 28A by inputting a keyword.
