<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compactly foldable folding chair with light weight improved in the strength of a support leg. SOLUTION: This folding chair comprises a seat part 24 and a seatback part 25 formed by hooking the corner parts of a sheet 3 on a plurality of upper connecting members 7 of a chair frame 2. Each of the upper connecting member 7 and a lower connecting member 17 are formed of a spirally elastic spiral body 21 formed by spirally turning the middle part of a round bar body consisting of synthetic resin material and having connecting parts at both ends. The connecting parts of the spiral body 21 are connected to long pipes 6a and 6b and short pipes 10a and 10b.</p> |
