The windmill wheel has weights (3) fitted to it. As the wheel rotates, under centrifugal force, they move outwards and press on flexible air containers (28) on the bellows principle, and guide the air in the rotor cavity onwards. The weights can also be arranged so that they move upwards to act on a flexible air container above them.
