PURPOSE: A method for issuing and using a PR gift certificate is provided to raise the PR effect using a surface of the gift certificate by using the certificate on an off-line mode as well as an on-line mode and to maximize the exposure frequency by the repeating use. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of a gift certificate user inputting a number of the certificate to a number input window of a PC(101), transmitting the certificate number to a gift certificate issuer server(102), the server confirming the number certification information, the remainder information and the web page automatic connection information by recognizing the certificate number and transmitting a web page automatic connection command to the PC while transmitting the number certification and remainder information to the PC(103). Thus, the user of the PR gift certificate is necessarily exposed to the preset PR web page.
