PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition having dihydrobenzoxazine ring in which moldability and setting property are improved without lowering various properties such as mechanical property, and its hardened matter. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition which consists of (A) a thermosetting resin having dihydrobenzoxazine ring, (B) a phenol resin and (C) a phosphorus accelerator, and the hardened matter are provided.
