X-RAY DETECTOR PERFORMING FAST INITIALIZATION

PURPOSE: An X-ray detector performing a fast initialization is provided to reduce an initialization time of an X-ray detector by a scan driver. CONSTITUTION: An array includes a cell which is arranged by a plurality of rows and columns. The cell includes one thin film transistor and one sensor. A scan driver(280) is connected to the array. The scan driver(280) selects one row among the array through a scanning operation. The scan driver(280) includes a plurality of scan driver chips(280a,280b,...). The scan driver(280) includes a plurality of multiplexors(285a,285b,...) which are connected between output terminals and input terminals of the scan driver chips(280a,280b,...). A reading circuit reads a charge stored in the one sensor.
