PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform analysis within a short time and to dispense with special treatment other than deproteinization treatment even if an actual living material is used, by subjecting a specimen to inverse phase high performance liquid chromatography by using an aqueous solution or buffer solution with pH of 2-3 and methanol content of 40-60% and simultaneously analyzing predonisolones, acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid. CONSTITUTION:A specimen is subjected to inverse phase high performance liquid chromatography by using an aqueous solution or buffer solution with pH of 2-3 and methanol content of 40-60% and predonisolones, acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid are simultaneously analyzed. By performing the elution of each component at specific pH by using a specific amount of methanol, proper peaks of predonisolones, acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid are imparted.
