PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image processing device that divides off a region with different motion by the use of a direction of translational motion. SOLUTION: The dynamic image processing device comprises an image inputting part 21 for inputting image information corresponding to a plurality of images, a feature point extracting part 22 for performing feature point extraction processing on the image information to extract a feature point from each of the plurality of images, a translational flow computing part 23 for computing a direction of translational motion from motion of an adjacent feature point, and an independent motion dividing part 24 for dividing off a region with different motion by the use of the direction of translational motion computed by the translational flow computing part.
