<p>A method of providing a tightening device, comprising the steps of dissolving natural resin in liquid grease and uniformly mixing phosphoric acid based extreme-pressure additive into the dissolved mixture, applying paint composition onto a high tensile hexagon head bolt (2) and a hexagon head nut (3), removing and drying the excess amount of the composition by a centrifugal separation to easily form a film in a short time, and threading the film-formed high tensile hexagon head bolt (2) and the hexagon head nut (3) with each other for tightening to allow the phosphoric acid-based extreme-pressure additive to react to the metals on the surfaces of the high tensile hexagon head bolt (2) and the hexagon head nut (3) with the heat and pressure produced at the time of tightening so as to bind the additive therewith in the shape of film, whereby a coefficient of friction is reduced regardless of the smoothness of the surfaces of the high tensile hexagon head bolt (2) and the hexagon head nut (3), and a stable connection state can be provided easily since a stable torque-axial force relation can be provided by a stable low coefficient of friction.</p> |
