PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an on-vehicle speaker of a low manufacturing cost and utilizing acoustically effectively the space between the front face of the speaker and the inner lining of the car body. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle speaker is attached to a sheet metal part 1 of the car body and emits sounds from a speaker grille 3 installed on the inner lining 2 of the car body, in which a horn 2a formed in a single piece with the inner lining 2 is installed ahead of the periphery of the speaker 6.
