PURPOSE: Provided is a health instrument with a balloon based which adjusts the intensity of air pressure in silicone easily by one switch so that it promotes blood circulation with improving exercise effect. CONSTITUTION: The health instrument with a balloon based is characterized by putting internal silicone pipe wherein a flexible balloon pipe and a rigid rubber pipe are inserted into a rigid silicone pipe together with an external silicone pipe and generating air by the power of a motor to extend a long pipe wherein an external flexible silicone pipe and an internal right silicone pipe are combined each other by the intensity of air pressure along the rigid silicone hose pipe.
