SOLUTION: When detecting the change of an input voltage as much as a prescribed value or more in detection of an RT interphase voltage by being connected to a system line together with another measuring device 2, this voltage detection device 1 closes a contact Y and reduces the input impedance by a resistance R. Hereby, the influence caused by the voltage wraparound through an input impedance Z carried by the measuring device can be reduced.
