PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy saving performance by heightening power generation efficiency, and reducing radiation loss to the utmost. SOLUTION: Exhaust heat generated in a cogeneration apparatus is stored in a heat storage tank, power generated in the cogeneration apparatus is converted to heat by an electric heater, and power for shortage is covered by a commercial power supply. In the case of operating the cogeneration apparatus according to the respective changes with the passage of time of the heat demand and power demand for previously specified one day and next day, the operation starting time a and the operation finished time b are led out so that the fuel supply amount required for operating the cogeneration apparatus, the input amount of power for shortage and a converted score PE1 of primary energy of radiation amount from a system become minimum, the cogeneration apparatus is operated at rated load, and surplus power when the power demand is smaller than the rated load is converted to heat by the electric heater. |
