PURPOSE: Grip structure of an alpenstock or a ski pole is provided to maximize the safety, the convenience of use, and the function of the alpenstock and the ski pole. CONSTITUTION: The grip structure of an alpenstock(1) or a ski pole consists of a grip support member(2) integrally coupled to the upper end of the alpenstock and having a fitting part(2A) for the alpenstock, a spring fitting loop(2B), and a transverse pin hole(2C); a movable grip body(4) rotatably coupled with the grip support member through a fixing pin(3) and having a spring fitting loop(4B) within an inner hollow space(4A); and a return spring(6) connected to the both spring fitting loops for endowing the movable grip body with a return force to an original position.
