PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-structure film that has a small film thickness, requires no special protection film, and is easily handled.SOLUTION: A nano-structure film 1 with a master film includes: a nano-structure film 21 having a nano-structure in which a large number of structures 25 formed of a recess or a projection on the film surface are arranged at an interval equal to or shorter than a wavelength of visible light on one surface of the film; a master film 10 removably laminated on the nano-structure formation surface side of the nano-structure film 21; and an adhesive layer 23 laminated, if necessary, on a surface side where the nano-structure is not formed of the nano-structure film 21. The nano-structure film 21 has a thickness of 1 to 10 μm. Surface rugged patterns of the nano-structure film 21 and of the master film 10 on opposing surfaces are reversed to each other; and the nano-structure film 21 is formed by using the master film 10 as a transfer mold. |
