PURPOSE: A system for the transaction of a bill on the Internet is provided to make a bill buyer and a bill seller search a transaction contracting point in real time by investing a cyber bill account and a cyber cash account to a bill transaction site on the Internet and databasing the information about a bill to sell provided from the bill seller. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to the Internet by using a client(S110). The user logs into a bill transaction site by inputting user information including and ID(Identification) and a password(S115), or registers as a member by inputting personal information(S120). The personal information is databased and stored(S125). A cyber bill account and a cyber cash account are given to the user(S130). The user determines selling or buying of a bill(S135). A bill buyer inputs a condition and registers for buying(S140). A bill seller registers a bill for selling(S150), and registering a credit rate information(S160). The buyer and seller perform transaction contracting by automatically searching a condition for buying and a condition for selling(S165). Thereafter, cyber cash is transferred from the cyber cash account of the bill buyer(S170), and the bill seller transfers a cyber bill from the cyber bill account(S175).
