The invention concerns an anti-adiposis topical treatment composition comprising an efficient amount of at least an active anti-adiposis agent selected among Allium sativum bulb extracts except an hexane-extracted oleoresin extract, and a cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier adapted for external use topical application, in particular on the skin. The invention also concerns the uses of said composition and its extracts as cosmetic for treating cellulite and localised dermal excess fat, and as therapeutic agent for treating obesity.
