PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system for surely supplying a necessary quantity of water having predetermined pH which is variously adjusted by using clarified water as a base, and for surely rinsing plated products effectively, by improving an already proposed method of reusing waste water generated in a surface treatment process as various rinsing water in each tank, after obtaining a clarified water by process such as solid-liquid separation and pH adjustment, as a recycling and/or a cost reducing technology. SOLUTION: A recycling system of the waste water for supplying suitably pH adjusted water for each tank, using the clarified water as a base, which is separated in sedimentation equipment from waste water generated in the surface treatment process, comprises supplying pH adjusted water in about 8.5-10.5 for rinsing after alkaline degreasing, and pH adjusted water in about 4-7 for rinsing after acid treatment.
