摘要 A phase adjusting circuit (128) determines the shift of a reproduction signal RFn sampled synchronously with a clock CLKn-1 by a waveform equalizer circuit (108), corrects the clock CLKn-1 in accordance with the phase shift, and generates a correction clock RCLKn. A clock setting circuit (127) calculates the moving average of the clock CLKn-1 and the correction clock RCLKn, and generates a clock CLKn with which the reproduction signal RFn is to be sampled. The clock setting circuit (127) calculates the phase average of the n phases of the n clocks CLKn and determines a clock having the average phase as a reproduction clock. As a result, a clock with which the reproduction signal reproduced from an optical disk is sampled is generated.
