摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic continuous measurement device of shunt resistance of a solar cell element which allows automatic continuous measurement at such precision with no substantial problem at a low cost with no special high-precision measuring device required. SOLUTION: There are provided a solar battery cell 12 comprising a plurality of unit cells 11, a switch array 13 connected to an individual unit cell 11 for automatic switching, a voltage application power-source 14 which applies a voltage to the unit cells 11, a current detecting resister 15 for detecting a cell current, A/D converters 6a and 6b which take voltages (V1 and V2) out of both ends of the resister and convert the voltage signal into a digital signal, a digital memory 7 where the digital output from the A/D converter is stored for a prescribed period, a filter calculator 8, an integral calculator 9, and a shunt-resistance calculator 10. Measurement is performed with the same principle as the reverse leak current measurement of a diode.</p>
