PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of considering required technical conditions, required service conditions and required financial conditions by identifying and managing the necessity of possible exchange. SOLUTION: Data (114) of biomedical appointments stored on a central database (36) in a medical institution are reflected with action data and service data together with the identifiers of appointment components. The data can be collected manually (88) or can be collected automatically (92) as well and preferably, data concerning various sections (38 and 42), bases (30 and 34) and groups (26 and 28) or the like are contained. The data are analyzed on the basis of the collected and stored appointment data (174 and 176) and while including the designation of specified appointments desired to exchange, the class of appointments, the schedule of exchange, financial notices and the fluctuation in the statistics of patient groups in the institution, the scenario of possible appointment exchange is determined. Benchmark evaluation (154) is performed on the basis of a profile led out of the known mother group of the medical institution and the prediction of exchange can be compared with the prediction of a typical similar institution as well. |
