PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the angle adjustment of a tension member to a structure pressure receiving surface by dividing the work to two-dimensional and two-step angle adjustments so that a primary correction can be performed by a spherical seating put on an anchor plate and a guide pipe fitted to an elliptic slit, and a secondary correction can be performed by the spherical surfaces of the spherical seating and an upper spherical head adaptor, and mechanically automatically transmit the anchor tensile force vertically to the structure pressure receiving surface. SOLUTION: In this anchor head fixing device by convex head adaptor, a wedge type anchor head 14 consisting of PC steel strand wire as the tension member is mounted on the upper side of the protruding spherical head adaptor 3 having a spherical lower surface to be slid on the recessed spherical seating 2, and the upper circumference of the head adaptor 3 is threaded to directly screw a rust preventing oil cap 10. The tension member rust-preventing and angle adjusting guide pipe 4 and an O-ring 7 are integrated to the lower side of the head adaptor 3 and connected to a free length part sheath 6 to retain the water-tightness.
