PURPOSE: A storage node voltage detecting device is provided to measure a storage node voltage using a voltage variation owing to a coupling. CONSTITUTION: A coupling capacitor(Cc) is connected between a bit line(BL1) and a cell plate voltage(Vcp), and is coupled with a storage capacitor(Cs). A voltage supply part(10) precharges the bit line(BL1) with a bias voltage(Vba) in response to a precharge enable signal(EN). A voltage comparator part(20) compares a voltage of the coupling capacitor(Cc), connected to the bit line(BL1), with a reference voltage(Vref) from a variable reference voltage supplying part(30). The variable reference voltage supplying part(30) adjusts an output voltage, and supplies the reference voltage(Vref) to the voltage comparator part(20).
