PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict fall of blowing temperature from an opening part where high blowing temperature is expected mainly. SOLUTION: In a circumferential wall 14 of a rotary door 15 to selectively open/close a face opening part 11 and a defroster opening part 13, a wall part 21 protruded in a centripetal direction is formed. The wall part 21 is positioned at a part facing an edge part of the defroster opening part 13 where it is closer to the face opening part 11 at the time of a foot mode, a foot defroster mode, and a defroster mode. The wall part 21 smoothly sends warm air to the defroster opening 13, and it acts as a wall to cold air likely to pass toward the defroster opening 13 for preventing cool defrosting.
