PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency vehicle report system capable of properly reporting the passing of an emergency vehicle to the driver of a general vehicle. SOLUTION: The electronic control device 34 of a transmitter-side device 20 mounted on the emergency vehicle judges the traveling position and advancing direction of the emergency vehicle on the basis of the data from a position detector 22, a map data inputter 24 and a voice data memory part 26, and forms image data and voice data including the information. It further forms report data for reporting the transmission of the data, and multiplexes and transmits each of the data. In a receiver-side device 40 mounted on the general vehicle, a control part 48 judges the receipt of the report data on the basis of the signal from a judgment part 46, instructs the switching to power ON of a display 52 and a speaker 56 and emergency channel set to a display control part 50 and a voice control part 54, respectively, to transfer the receiver-side device 20 in a state suitable to report the passing of the emergency vehicle.
